Associate – Financial Institutions (CLOs) – New York
Our client, a leading global AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate with CLO experience to join its Financial Institutions practice in New York.
The estimated salary range for this position is $225,000 – $435,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Admitted to the New York Bar and in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of post-JD experience required
- Significant structured finance experience from a top-tier law firm
- Experience structuring and documenting CLOs, private credit facilities, syndicated loan agreements, and/or credit insurance arrangements required
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
- Strong academic credentials required
