Global Finance Associate
Our client is a major firm, seeking an associate with at least 2 years of experience for its Global Finance Practice Group in New York, Boston, Charlotte, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. The firm is considering strong corporate transactional candidates who are interested in pivoting to a finance practice. The salary for this position starts at $235k+.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in securitization and structured finance, or transactional experience with a desire to work in the Collateralized Loan Obligations [CLO] space.
- Experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities or subscription line credit facilities is preferred.
- Associates with 2+ years of transactional experience and interest in pivoting to work in the CLO space are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent academic credentials is required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
