Environmental & Mass Torts Associate (Mid- to Senior-Level) – New York, NY
Our client, a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a talented associate attorney with experience in environmental, mass torts, toxic torts, and products liability litigation to join its New York office.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex environmental class actions and multi-district litigations alongside nationally recognized trial lawyers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4–9 years of experience handling environmental and mass tort matters, ideally within a large law firm setting
- Strong experience drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and working with experts
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to the New York Bar
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $305,000 – $425,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Business.
