Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate (Denver)
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their Employment Litigation team. This is a hybrid opportunity based in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations
- Experience working with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training and similar activities
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Relentless commitment to growth and client service
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Colorado Bar
