Corporate – M&A Associate (Mid-Level) – Washington, DC
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate practice in Washington, DC, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. The Associate will work on complex M&A transactions, handling substantive drafting and negotiation across the deal lifecycle for a sophisticated corporate client base.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- 4+ years of experience in M&A transactional practice
- Strong substantive drafting experience
- High level of academic achievement and law firm experience required
