Corporate Entry Level Associate – Philadelphia
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking an entry level Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice in cutting-edge industries, with significant opportunities to provide meaningful counsel on transactions and serve in an advisory role directly with clients.
The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- 0–1 years of experience; interest in pursuing general corporate transactional work in M&A, securities, venture capital, and emerging business
- Strong academic credentials and communication skills
- PA Bar required
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
