Corporate Associate – New York
Our client, a top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its dynamic corporate practice in its New York office. Associates with one to two years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, with a significant emphasis on technology, life sciences, and other high-growth industries.
The estimated salary range for this position is $225,000 – $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York Bar, or ability to waive in
- 1–2 years of general corporate experience at a national or international law firm
- Experience representing high-growth companies in financings, M&A, and general corporate matters preferred
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required
