Job Description
Construction Associate - Cincinnati
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Associate to work with its construction transaction and litigation attorneys. This position is based in the firm’s Cincinnati, Ohio office.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of construction transactional and/or litigation experience, which could include: contract drafting and negotiations, disputes (mediation, arbitration, and/or litigation), and preparation of lien documents
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Superior research and writing ability
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Licensure in Kentucky is a plus
