Complex Litigation Associate – Orlando, FL
We are working with a law firm in Florida seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Associate with 3-8 years of defense litigation experience and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, working directly with partners and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative defense practice.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Florida
- 3-8 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, or Transportation
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Experience handling trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
- Comfortable working directly with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
