Commercial Litigation Attorney - New York
Our client, a mid-size real estate law firm, is seeking a commercial litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their team in New York City.
The estimated salary range for this position is $210,000 – $235,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience handling sophisticated real estate related matters
- Experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation
- Experience handling various aspects of litigation, include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy
- Strong research and writing skills, and ability to produce polished, professional documents
- Knowledge of New York civil procedure
- Court, motion and discovery experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York Bar (and in good standing)
