Our client is a top AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join its New York office. This role involves handling public offerings, securities transactions, and public company reporting and governance matters.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; admitted to practice law in New York
- Meaningful experience with public offerings (IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades), Securities Act and Exchange Act provisions, and/or high yield and investment grade debt
- Excellent academic credentials
