Associate Attorney (Projects) - New York
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Associate for its world-class infrastructure/projects practice. This is a hybrid opportunity based in the firm’s New York City office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $225,000-$420,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates at all levels/JD class years
- Experience leading the drafting of complex and innovative transaction documentation and negotiating terms on behalf of clients
- Strong project finance experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York State bar.
