Technology Transactions Associate Attorney
Our client is an Am law 200 firm, seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate with 2-6 years of experience for its New York, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia offices. The salary range for this position in New York and DC is $225,000 to $340,000. For Philadelphia and Chicago, the salary range is between $214,500 to $253,500.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of technology transactions experience, ideally with a mix of [or either] in-house and private practice.
- Experience structuring, negotiating and drafting a range of complex commercial agreements, including procurement (supply chain and software), outsourcing, software licenses and implementation, cloud services, IT services, ecommerce, payment processing and merchant services agreements.
- Interest and/or experience in ecommerce, supply chain and logistics, and software.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Team focused.
- Strong academic credentials.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
