Real Estate Associate Attorney - New York City

 

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice group in New York.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience (JD class of 2019 – 2022)
  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial properties, real estate joint ventures, mortgage and mezzanine financing and commercial and retail leases
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client and legal teams
  • JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar (and in good standing)
