Litigation Associate - Washington, DC
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of general litigation experience to join their growing Litigation group in Washington, DC.
The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000-$310,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of general litigation experience
- Experience drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions and court appearances, and communicating with opposing counsel
- Ability to appear in court, a positive team-first mentality, and confident oral advocacy skills are required
- Some experience with commercial, real estate, construction, or antitrust disputes is preferred
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia or eligible to waive into the DC bar
