Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney - Washington, D.C.
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their Healthcare practice group in Washington, D.C.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
- Prior experience advising on federal and state regulatory matters in connection with corporate and transactional work involving institutional healthcare providers
- Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute is essential
- Familiarity with the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols is preferred
- Prior transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence, structuring transactions to comply with federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements, and drafting and reviewing relevant transactional documents
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar
