This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5 or more years of employment litigation experience looking to take on important client-facing work right away and grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Admission to the Texas Bar required
• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience
• Trial and arbitration experience required
• Ability to handle cases independently
• Experience drafting and responding to pleadings
• Experience managing discovery
• Experience drafting and arguing motions
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Excellent academic credentials
