Trademark Attorney - Part-time
Our client is a top firm, seeking an experienced trademark attorney to work part-time [800-1000 billable hours per year]. Salary is dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in trademark counseling, clearance, prosecution, litigation, and portfolio management.
- Both USPTO and TTAB litigation experience
- IP transactional experience including licensing.
- Experience with online and global brand enforcement.
- Domain name disputes (both in court and ICANN proceedings).
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
- State bar admission is required.
