Technology Transactions Associate Attorney
Our client is an Am law 200 firm, seeking a technology transactions associate for its Corporate Services Group in Washington, DC, Denver, St. Louis, and Kansas City. The salary for Washington, DC is between $195k to $245k. The firm is considering candidates with 'some' technology transactions experience who are interested in focusing specifically in this practice.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial technology contracting.
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts, including licensing agreements, SaaS agreements and data privacy laws.
- Experience supporting M&A and advising clients on IP and privacy matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skill; strong client-facing skills; team focused.
- Strong academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
