Job Description

Mid-level Technology Transactions Associate - Chicago

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate in JD class years 2020-2022 for its leading US Technology and Transactions practice in Chicago. The salary for this position is between $260k to $365k.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sophisticated technology transactions experience within a law firm.
  • Experience with data, digital services, outsourcing and software transactions (SaaS and other cloud subscriptions, AI and data analytics, ITO/BPO managed services, digital collaborations, software license, development and implementation agreements).
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Illinois bar or ability to become admitted strongly preferred.
