Technology Transactions Associate - Dallas and New York
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an Associate for its Technology Transactions & Privacy practice group in Dallas or New York. The salary range for this position is between $310k to $390k.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in advising on IP matters and drafting and negotiating technology agreements.
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, enterprise software, and digital content.
- Experience providing advice to start-ups and emerging companies on product development and manufacturing.
- Experience supporting M&A and financing transactions is required.
- Strong academic credentials.
