Senior Litigation Associate Attorney or Counsel - New York
Our client is a top firm, seeking an outstanding Olshan is seeking an outstanding lateral associate or counsel with 8-10+ years of experience at a top law firm for its Litigation Practice in New York. The salary for this position is over $300k [the salary is dependent on candidates' level of experience and other factors].
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of substantive complex commercial litigation experience, including substantial New York State Court experience.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing and drafting litigation pleadings.
- Experience taking and defending depositions required.
- Securities regulation and enforcement is required.
- Experience in activist litigation, Delaware law, corporate governance matters, fiduciary duty litigation, securities litigation, and director liability matters.
- Real estate litigation experience is also preferred.
- Excekkebt academic credentials and writing and research skills.
- Portable business is preferred; however, not required.
- Admission to the New York bar is required.
