Job Description

Life Sciences Corporate Counsel or Associate

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a Counsel or Associate for its Life Sciences Corporate Practice in Washington, DC, Boston, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. The salary for this position starts at $250k+.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with complex corporate agreements.
  • Drafting experience and strong drafting skills are required.
  • Life sciences transactions or technology transactions experience is preferred.
  • A scientific and/or patent background is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-interfacing skills.
