Real Estate Associate Attorney - Los Angeles

 

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Los Angeles, California.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial properties, real estate joint ventures, and mortgage and mezzanine financing
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client and legal teams
  • JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Admitted to the California State Bar (or able to become admitted)
