Job Description
Real Estate Associate Attorney - Charlotte
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join their Real Estate & Commercial Development Practice Group in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The estimated salary for this position is $210K+ (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition, including drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, and declarations of restrictive covenants and negotiating loan documents for construction and permanent financing
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina

advertising and staffing industries.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Richmond
and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of
Business.
