Patent Prosecution Attorney - Electrical/Computer Science - Washington, DC

Our client is a top firm, seeking a patent prosecution attorney to join its technology practice. The salary for this position is between $235k to $310k.

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution and drafting relating to electrical and computer technologies.
  • The role also includes the opportunity to work on post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinions and counseling.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science is ideal.
  • USPTO registration is required.
  • Strong academic credentials, as well as excellent communication skills; team focused.
