Job Description
Life Sciences Patent Attorney or Patent Agent
Our client is a top firm, seeking a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent for all of its east coast offices, which includes Washington, DC, Boston, New York, Parsippany, NJ, Hartford, New Haven, Greenwich, Stamford, Boca Raton, Miami, and West Palm Beach.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications relating to life sciences.
- Experience managing portfolios, supporting IP due diligence projects, and conducting legal and technical research.
- Ph.D. in a life sciences discipline, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- USPTO registration is required.
- Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
