Job Description

Litigation Associate - New York City

 

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate (class of 2023 through 2021) with experience in commercial litigation to join their New York office.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Experience drafting pleadings; working on discovery (including eDiscovery); researching and drafting motions and briefs; preparing for witness interviews and/or depositions; and preparing for arguments, arbitrations, hearings and trial
  • Experience working at a large law firm
  • JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar (and in good standing)
