Commercial Litigation Associate - Dallas, Texas
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Dallas, Texas. The firm offers a hybrid work policy with three days a week in-office and two days remote.
The estimated salary range for this position is $240,000 - $280,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills
- Case management experience, and ideally experience taking the lead in oral arguments
- Experience taking/defending depositions, and significant party and third-party discovery experience
- J.D. degree and strong academic credentials
- Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Texas.
