Life Sciences Patent Litigation Attorney - Hatch Waxman Experience
Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid to senior level Patent Litigator for its Life Sciences Patent Litigation practice in Washington, DC, San Diego, Orange County, Scottsdale, and Silicon Valley. The salary for this position is between $175k to $250k.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of life sciences litigation experience, including knowledge of the Hatch-Waxman Act.
- Ability to manage complex cases from pre-trial to post-trial, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, crafting motions, and assisting in trials and appeals.
- Strong legal research and writing skills; team focused.
- Degree in a life sciences discipline.
