Company Overview:

Marina Sirras & Associates, LLC is a leading provider of legal recruitment services, specializing in connecting top legal talent with prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a flexible remote opportunity that offers the freedom to work from anywhere while earning competitive commissions.

 

At this time, we are only considering candidates with prior experience as recruiter in the legal industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific associate and partner positions.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and proactively reach out to passive candidates to gauge interest in new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and preferences for candidates.
  • Facilitate the interview and selection process between candidates and clients, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume writing tips, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruiting database.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a legal recruiter, with a track record of successful placements in the legal industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management
  • Able to manage multiple candidate and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and online platforms for sourcing and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Experience with Cluen’s Encore Max and LinkedIn Recruiter are a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.

 

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with competitive un-capped commission rates. The more candidates you successfully place, the higher your earning potential.

serving as the Managing Director of Marina Sirras & Associates LLC. He specializes in the
placement of partners, counsel, and associates in all practice areas, including: Entertainment,
Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Litigation, Bankruptcy and Tax.

With over a decade of experience as a Senior Account Director at Advantage Unified
Commerce, Chris has spearheaded marketing activations that drove business growth and client
satisfaction for large-scale consumer packaged goods companies and major grocery, mass, and
value retailers. Prior to this, Chris held pivotal roles with agencies in the sports marketing,
advertising and staffing industries.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Richmond
and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of
Business.
