Labor and Employment Litigation Associate
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its labor and employment litigation practice in New Jersey or Philadelphia.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Experience with employment litigation in state and federal courts; administrative practice before local, state and federal agencies; and/or advice and counseling is required
- Experience in traditional labor matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges, and in transactional matters involving labor and employment issues is a plus
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
