Labor & Employment Associate
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3–5 years of experience. This position can be based out of the firm’s Philadelphia or Washington, D.C., office.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in litigating in an array of employment law areas
- Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding academic and professional credentials
- JD from an accredited law school
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
