Labor & Employment Associate - New York
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Labor and Employment Group in New York City. The firm offers a hybrid work policy with three days a week in-office attendance and two days remote.
The estimated salary range for this position is $310,000 - $360,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of employment law experience
- Employment counseling experience with a management-side law firm
- Solid litigation experience, including motion practice, drafting and responding to discovery requests and will have taken/defended depositions
- Experience with wage/hour, employment class action and/or restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation
- Strong research and brief writing skills
- Comfortable working on multiple matters simultaneously
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York Bar (and in good standing). Or taking steps to become admitted
