Labor & Employment Associate - Los Angeles
Our client, a top law firm, is seeking an associate to join their sophisticated employment practice. This position is based in the firm’s Century City (Los Angeles) office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $230,000 - $310,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in employment law
- Employment litigation experience on the defense or plaintiff side, or both preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional responsiveness and client service
- Impeccable written, verbal and advocacy skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and demonstrated success working and collaborating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- A can-do, inclusive, team-oriented attitude and self-starter mindset
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the California Bar
