Junior Trademark Attorney
Our client is a top firm, seeking a junior trademark associate in Chicago. The salary range for this position is between $200k to $250k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of trademark prosecution experience, including trademark searches and clearance opinions, trademark enforcement/litigation, and domain name disputes.
- Additional experience in advertising, contests, promotions and sweepstakes and related disputes.
- Experience with copyright protection and enforcement.
- Anti-counterfeiting and experience in pharmaceuticals would be a plus.
- Experience working as a USPTO trademark examiner is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
- Illinois bar admission [or ability to become admitted and/or take the IL bar exam].
