Junior Healthcare Regulatory Associate
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Healthcare Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Healthcare Regulatory Group. This is a hybrid position that can be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., Chicago, or New York office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 - $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in health regulatory law applicable to the health care and life sciences industries including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, licensing, reimbursement, and assisting with the regulatory diligence and structuring of corporate transactions
- Experience working on healthcare transactions, including in the private equity, M&A, and investment areas. Government experience at CMS, OCR, DOJ, or FDA is a plus
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred
- Superior analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law in Washington DC, Illinois, or New York
