Junior Finance Associate Attorney - Atlanta
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an attorney with at least 1 full year of finance experience to join the Business Finance practice group in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. This role is based in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 full year of finance experience
- Experience in a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions and middle market lending transactions
- Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is beneficial
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills
- Team player mentality
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Georgia bar membership is preferred, and in any event required within one year of joining the firm
