Trademark and Copyright Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client is a major M 100 firm seeking a mid-level trademark associate for its New York or California offices [San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, and San Diego]. The salary for this position is between 310,000 to 390,000.

 

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, including trial experience.
  • Law firm experience is required with a strong preference for candidates coming from Am law 100 firms.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal communication and analytical skills, with strong client facing interactions.
  • State board, admission and jurisdiction of practice.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
