Job Description
Biotechnology Litigation Attorney
Our client is a top firm, seeking an experienced IP litigation associate for its biology, biotechnology, and chemical patent litigation practice. This position is for the firm's Washington, DC office or can be fully remote. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IP litigation experience in biologics, pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech litigation, PTAB, and/or related patent litigation experience.
- Advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working on BPCIA and/or Hatch Waxman litigation matters is a plus.
- USPTO registration preferred.
- Top academic credentials.
- Strong analytical skills, as well as writing and interpersonal communication.
- Team focused with strong client-interfacing skills.
