Job Description
IP Litigation Associate - Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secrets
Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking an IP litigator with 2-4 years of experience for its technology litigation practice in New York, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento offices. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $310k
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of IP litigation experience involving false advertising as well as trademark, copyright, and/or trade secrets.
- Experience with the Lanham Act, Copyright Act, DMCA, federal and state trade-secret statutes, and computer-access laws such as the CFAA and related state laws.
- Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and communication skills.
- Admission to the state bar in jurisdiction of practice, or ability to become admitted is required.
- Strongly motivated; team player; excellent interpersonal skills.
