IP Litigation Associate - Life Sciences
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level IP litigation associate [JD class years 2020-2022] for its New York, Boston, or Washington, DC offices. The salary for this position is between $225k to $435k.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IP Litigation cases involving pharmaceutical and biotech companies [large law firm experience is preferred].
- Degree in Chemistry or Biology is preferred.
- Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation.
- JD or LLM [or foreign equivalent].
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or ability to become admitted.
- Strong analytical, organizational, research and writing skills.
