IP Litigation - Life Sciences Associate
Our client is a major international firm, seeking an IP life sciences litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience for its Houston, Seattle or New York offices. The salary for this position is between $225k to $310k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in life sciences IP litigation experience focused on pharmaceutical cases.
- Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation.
- Experience conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting and managing the discovery practice.
- Experience participating in hearings and depositions and interfacing directly with clients.
- J.D. degree with state bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- Strong brief writing skills and deposition skills required; hearing experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
