Health Care Associate Attorney
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Health Care practice group. This position can be based in the following office locations: Los Angeles, New York City, or Washington, D.C.
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of health law experience involving regulatory and compliance issues, health care transactions, and/or litigation/investigations
- Working knowledge of areas including fraud and abuse law, corporate practice of medicine, reimbursement issues, HIPAA, and Medicare/Medicaid (as well as similar state laws)
- Demonstrated interest in health care law
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
