Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits associate to join their Dallas or New York office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 to $420,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a large law firm setting working on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including qualified plans, equity plans, executive employment agreements and compensation and benefit matters that arise in connection with a variety of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-out transactions, initial public offerings and spin-offs
- Desire to join a collaborative, national practice group
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
