Energy Associate Attorney - The Woodlands, Texas
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 0-5 years of experience for its energy mineral title practice. This position is based in The Woodlands, Texas, with the potential for a remote work arrangement.
Qualifications:
- 0-5 years of experience
- General property and/or mineral title experience in the energy sector is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client and legal teams
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Texas State Bar (and in good standing)
