Employment Litigation Associate Attorney - Denver
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join their Denver office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $200,000 – $235,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of employment law experience and the ability to handle sophisticated work at a national level
- Experience with the following: Employment litigation, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition litigation; Experience leading EEOC and analogous state/local agency charge responses; Employment counseling and policy drafting/review experience (e.g., separation agreements, non-competes, executive employment agreements); and Experience conducting employment due diligence and supporting M&A transactions a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload
- Clerkship and court experience are a plus
- Excellent research, writing, analytical skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Active Colorado license or eligibility to become admitted to the Colorado Bar
