Corporate and Commercial Attorney - New York
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its national and international corporate and commercial practice. The position is based in the firm’s New York City office, but their culture fosters global collaboration daily. Please note that the firm will consider hybrid work arrangements, and this position has a 1,920 billable hour requirement.
The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $220,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant corporate and commercial experience, handling all phases of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals
- Experience with tasks such as arbitration and trial experience is helpful, but not required
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York Bar (and in good standing)
- Additional admissions in other states a plus
