Corporate Finance and Securities Associate - New York
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Corporate Finance and Securities practice group in New York City.
The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $455,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of experience (specifically seeking JD class years 2023, 2022, 2019 and 2018)
- Experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, and Securities
- Previous experience at a top-tier large NY firm is preferred
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York State Bar (and in good standing)
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
