Midlevel Corporate Transactional Associate - Contract Role - Boston
Our client is a highly-regarded mid-sized firm, seeking a mid-level corporate transactional associate for a six-month contract term in Boston. This position may be open to remote candidates. There is also a possibility that this role may lead to a permanent role after six months.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of general corporate experience in a law firm.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiating and analytical skills.
- Experience working with closely held and family businesses on some or all of the following: governance, contracts, private financings, strategic partnerships, M&A, and retention incentives for key executives and employees.
- Commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing and financing is a plus.
- Experience in liquor licensing and employment transactional work helpful.
- Massachusetts license a plus.
- Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
- Excellent client-interfacing interpersonal skills.
